Accordingly, in 2019, Kukje Pharma obtained ISO 37001—the international standard for anti-bribery management systems—and has incorporated its requirements into our management practices. In addition, our anti-bribery management system undergoes post-certification audits by an external certification body, and we continue to maintain alignment with the international standard.

In today's environment, legal and institutional requirements are becoming increasingly stringent, making ethics and compliance essential to a company's long-term sustainability. As enforcement strengthens, violations can result in penalties for both individuals and the company, underscoring the importance of ethics and compliance.
